Captain's Log - Stardate 05/09/26

What a ride this has been.  In such a short amount of time, we've managed to stabilize our core menu, vibe, and culture.  If I'm going to be honest, it has definitely taken a lot, and it's taken a village to do it.  Like...seriously.  This thing could not have gotten across the line without the concentrated efforts of this remarkable team.  Every single person has gone above and beyond to shape Spice Trade Brewing Company into what it currently exists as today.  I'm incredibly grateful to every single person on this team.

We're also incredibly grateful to the community, and to the residents of Greenwood Village who have accepted us back with open arms.  Believe me...we feel it.  The energy and enthusiasm we feel from our patrons fills our hearts and strengthens our resolve every single day.  Seriously...if you're reading this, and you feel like any of this applies to you...it does.  Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Every day we ask ourselves "Where do we go next?"
